  • Prepares periodical sales and recruitment reports

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Coordinates with various departments in preparation of plans and timely submission of pertinent documents
  • Monitors budgets versus expenses and costs
  • Obtains relevant government permits, licenses and clearances for the project

Trade & Analytics Associate Manager

Brief Description of the Job:

  • In-charge of deepening the company's knowledge of its customers by championing the inception of corporate and project-focused research studies.
  • Will collate information from the BIS and other sources to clearly segment the market by area and project-type 
  • Will help set up the long-term information investment for consolidated data mining and customer relations management 
  • Development of a trade promotional plans with key customers and channels 
  • Drive the planning and development of researches (projects typically include attitude and usage, intent to purchase, creative tests, brand tracking, product and feature testing/optimization, market research online community etc.) 
  • Will work closely with key customers to provide category and buyer insights to drive performance 
  • Coordinate with IT in the framework needed to capture information for market segmentation

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Statistics, Business or any related course
  • Must have at least 5 years solid experience in a similar position preferably in the FMCG or Research sectors

Quality Assurance Engineer / Licensed Engineers (Metro Manila & VisMin)

Brief Description of the Job:

  • Monitors quality assurance work for housing, land development, and amenities.
  • Conducts quality audit to check that site construction plans and specifications were implemented vis-à-vis quality assurance standards. 
  • Assists and provides support to Customer Care Department in all technical works involving quality inspection for housing, land development and amenities 
  • Prepares Quality Monitoring documentation reportorial requirements as per existing Quality Monitoring Standards

Qualifications:

  • Must be a licensed Civil Engineer
  • With 1 year experience in construction or quality assurance supervision in civil, structural or architectural works for mass housing or vertical construction
Sales Manager (Metro Manila & VisMin)

Brief Description of the Job:

  • Responsible for all sales related objectives and deliverables of his group
  • Ensures that the booked sales target of assigned projects are achieved through generation of required reservation and committed sales 
  • Manages the cost-to-sales ratio in accordance with the prescribed policies and standards of the company

Brief Description of the Job:

  • Consolidates sales documentation reports

  • Graduate of any 4 year course

Turnover Assistant

Brief Description of the Job:

  • Manage assigned account and in-charge of the over-all coordination and facilitation of various transactions and concerns of customers/HOA
  • Responsible for the effective and efficient implementation and delivery of SVCS to the customers
  • Maintains the account master file that contains all pertinent information and references concerning the assigned project
  • Implement Quality Improvement Opportunity Report that would drive process and system improvement, policy formulations based on experience with buyers/customers
  • Manages the customer care operational process particularly Unit Turn Overs
  • Regular monitoring of all concerns through the remedy system
  • Provides periodic Progress Reports to the Customer Care Head on major activities conducted

Treasury Associate

Brief description of the job:

  • Coordinates schedule of checks releasing.
  • Responsible for the timely printing of checks/MC's and corresponding EWT Certificates based on due dates. 
  • Ensures that all routed checks for signature are accounted and forwarded to the cashier. 
  • Prepares Monthly Disbursement Report to JV partners.
  • Other duties that may be assigned by her/his superior.

Qualifications:

  • Business or any related course graduate
  • With at least 1-2 years work experience.

  • Assists in the management of training programs thru TNA with different sales channels and monitors program effectivity.
  • Regularly updates and maintains training materials and records.

Leasing Associate / Associate Manager

Brief description of the job:

  • Develops and promotes marketing initiatives for Leasing Services.
  • Manages Leasing Officers in assigned projects with units turned over.

  • Generates Leasing services subscription and increase tenancy.
  • Monitors Leasing inventory and maintains database.
  • Prepares reports related to Leasing take-up.
