Avida set to fill the gap in the Makati condo market
Avida Land recently entered into a joint venture with Equimark-NFC Development Corp. to construct a residential complex in a strategic Makati location.

New standards for residential condominium development in the affordable segment will be introduced by Avida Land in Makati City. The Ayala Land subsidiary will banner effective property management, a hallmark of all Ayala Land properties.
According to Chris Maglanoc, Avida vice president for project development, Avida will fill a gap in the Makati market where escalating land prices have put well-managed developments beyond the reach of the mid-income group. While a number of developers offer units below P1 million, residents of the upcoming Avida Makati Towers are assured of value for their money with 24/7 security, well maintained services and amenities, and units that have natural lighting and good ventilation.
The Ayala Property Management Corp., which manages all the Ayala properties, will provide property management services to the proposed Avida condo project.
