Location and Vicinity

The site is located at the corners of Malugay, Yakal and Lumbayao streets, which makes it walking distance to some major establishments in Makati.  It is also accessible to offices, shopping malls, schools and churches within the vicinity of Ortigas and Manila because of the major thoroughfares within the area.  In the immediate vicinity are:  Chino Roces Avenue, Pablo Ocampo Street (formerly Vito Cruz), Buendia Avanue and Ayala Avenue.  Ringing the area are:  EDSA, the South Super Highway (SLEX), Taft Avenue and Roxas Boulevard.
