Job Description
- Handle land acquisition for assigned projects
- Develop initial project concepts and provide support in conducting feasibility studies
- Runs financial analysis to support management decision on short- and long-term business strategies
- Prepare and review financial runs
- Coordinate with various departments in preparation of plans and timely submission of pertinent documents
- Obtain relevant government permits, licenses and clearances for the project
- Impose reasonable timelines among several contributing groups/individuals for the timely delivery of projects
- Responsible for conducting market analysis
- Support the identification of market strategies
- Does various fieldworks to identify new areas of expansion
Qualifications
- Must have Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Management, Marketing, Finance, Accounting or any related course
- Preferably an Assistant Manager/Manager with at least 5 years experience in Project or Business Development, preferably in real estate setting
- Has proven effective leadership and management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and background on financials
