Business Development Admin Specialist

Job Description

    1. Administrative Support 

    • Prepare and monitor the BD’s Direct Operating Expenses (DOE) and office asset CAPEX budgets
    • Prepare check payments for BD-related expenses such as land payments, official business accommodations, reimbursement, and liquidations
    • Provide required logistics for meetings, special assignments, and official business travels
    • Safekeep BD assets
    • Coordinate with internal and external counterparts for various BD requirements

    2. Documents and Systems Management 

    • Record and update the landbank databases
    • Coordinate with Legal for preparation of documentary requirements
    • Coordinate with Finance to manage budget and payment requirements

    3. All other tasks which may be assigned by the Business Area Manager

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
    • 2-3 years experience in relevant administrative assistant position
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Problem-solving skills and proactive attitude
