Business Development Admin Specialist

Job Description
- Prepare and monitor the BD’s Direct Operating Expenses (DOE) and office asset CAPEX budgets
- Prepare check payments for BD-related expenses such as land payments, official business accommodations, reimbursement, and liquidations
- Provide required logistics for meetings, special assignments, and official business travels
- Safekeep BD assets
- Coordinate with internal and external counterparts for various BD requirements
- Record and update the landbank databases
- Coordinate with Legal for preparation of documentary requirements
- Coordinate with Finance to manage budget and payment requirements

3. All other tasks which may be assigned by the Business Area Manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
- 2-3 years experience in relevant administrative assistant position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving skills and proactive attitude
