Innovation and Design Manager

Job Description
- Ensures and manages work activities, budget, and prescribed timelines of all ID requirements of a specific project assignment.
- Manages pre-planning activities:
- Meet, consults, and finalizes with proponents regarding project requirements
- Defines project scope
- Ensures design standards and Avida branding
- Attends and advises best practices and provides technical expertise on Interior Design during work sessions
- Presents Schematic Design of all projects for approval to Avida President
- Introduces innovative design solutions and fresh design elements as new feature or offering to management
- Assess and approves Job Orders for endorsement to IDG Head
- Oversees project road map/ project pipeline and provides operational strategies yearly
- Delegates different priority levels of scheduled work activities to staff
- Manages, evaluates, and improves staff performance
- Evaluates performances of consultants and contractors
- Contributes to IDG’s design initiatives on cost savings and sustainability
Qualifications
- Must be a Licensed Architect with extensive experience in Interior Design
- At least 8-10 years’ experience in designing interiors with site supervision/coordination and project management
- Proven work experience in space planning, renovation, new construction, and ID styling
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs, AutoCAD, SketchUp
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
- Must be amenable to a work from office setup, do site visits and do field work as needed
