Sales Training Specialist

Job Description
- Implement accreditation policies and processes.
- Conduct periodic training needs analysis for the Sales Channel.
- Develop and upgrade training modules to keep pace with changing market conditions and behavior.
- Ensure full compliance of PRC and DHSUD requirements.
- Collaborate with PD, SBAs, Marketing, and Sales Channels on the conduct of Ugnayans, Project Orientations, Project Launches, Sales Kick-Offs, and similar activities.
- Collaborate with key department personnel on the conduct of relevant specialized trainings.
- Pursue innovative ways of accrediting and training sellers such as digitalization of processes and programs.
Qualifications
- Good spoken and written communication skills
- With extensive experience in module creation and design.
- Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in Sales or Corporate Training environment.
- Graduate of Psychology, Management, Communications, Education and other related courses
- Applicants must be willing to work in BGC and Vertis.
