Implement accreditation policies and processes.
Conduct periodic training needs analysis for the Sales Channel.
Develop and upgrade training modules to keep pace with changing market conditions and behavior.
Ensure full compliance of PRC and DHSUD requirements.
Collaborate with PD, SBAs, Marketing, and Sales Channels on the conduct of Ugnayans, Project Orientations, Project Launches, Sales Kick-Offs, and similar activities.
Collaborate with key department personnel on the conduct of relevant specialized trainings.
Pursue innovative ways of accrediting and training sellers such as digitalization of processes and programs.
Good spoken and written communication skills
With extensive experience in module creation and design.
Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in Sales or Corporate Training environment.
Graduate of Psychology, Management, Communications, Education and other related courses
Applicants must be willing to work in BGC and Vertis.
