As a Project Development Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception through to completion. Your role will involve developing initial project concepts, conducting feasibility studies, and ensuring that all financial and operational targets are met. You will coordinate with various departments to prepare comprehensive project plans, monitor budgets and expenses, and secure all necessary government permits, licenses, and clearances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the project lifecycle from initial concept to final completion, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and assess project concepts, conducting thorough feasibility studies.
• Perform financial analysis, prepare pricing structures, and ensure profitability targets are achieved.
• Coordinate with different departments to prepare detailed project plans and strategies.
• Monitor and manage budgets, comparing expenses and costs to financial forecasts.
• Obtain and manage all required government permits, licenses, and clearances.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Preferably with a background in product management or research.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Experience in the real estate sector is advantageous.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and a self-starter.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
