• Monitor sales production and prepare required reports

• Check of RS docs and submission to Amicassa

• Implement activities to strengthen team bonding
• Help create a supportive and exciting environment for sellers
• Rally local initiatives to push sales

• Experience in Real Estate specifically handling of sales teams
• Experience in documentation and computations
